中国人民解放军第五次档案工作会议于198G年10月7日至13日在北京举行。这次会议的主要议题是传达贯彻全国各省、自治区。直辖市档案局长会议精神,总结三年来军队档案工作建设经验,研究部署“七五”期间档案工作任务。出席会议的有中央军委、解放军各总部、各军兵种、各大军区以及军队科研、院校等单位的主管档案工作的负责人和档案馆(处)负责人共一百零五人。与会代表围绕上述议题畅所欲言,共同商讨今后军队档案工作蓝图。会议期间,中国人民解放军总参谋长杨得志、副总参谋长徐惠滋、国家档案局局长韩毓虎接见了会议代表并合影留念。
The Fifth Archives Work Meeting of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army was held in Beijing from October 7 to October 13, 198 198. The main topic of this meeting is to convey and implement all the provinces and autonomous regions in the country. Municipality directly under the Central Government archives director meeting, summed up three years experience in the construction of the archives of the army, study and deployment of archives during the “Seventh Five-Year” task. A total of 105 persons were in charge of archival work and the heads of archives (offices) of the Central Military Commission, the headquarters of the PLA, various arms and units, various military regions, military scientific research institutes and institutions attended the meeting. Representatives of the conference talked freely around the above issues and jointly discussed the blueprint for military file work in the future. During the meeting, Yang Dezhi, chief of General Staff of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, Xu Huizi, deputy chief of general staff, and Han Yuhu, director of the National Archives Bureau, took part in the meeting and took a group photo.
