正电子发射断层显像术(PET/CT)作为恶性肿瘤分期诊断的检查手段已获得广泛认同,还可能用于评价肿瘤形态学改变之前显示代谢变化。为能够提供确定治疗方案所需的、尚无明确结构改变的病变PET表现的组织学依据,制定了多种应用装载于PET/CT上的设备进行影像引导介入活检的方案。
Positron emission tomography (PET / CT) has been widely acknowledged as a staging diagnostic tool for malignant tumors and may also be used to assess metabolic changes before tumor morphological changes. To provide a histological basis for PET findings of lesions that are not yet clearly defined by changes in treatment requirements, a variety of protocols have been developed for image-guided interventional biopsy using devices loaded on PET / CT.
