用ＤＥＡＥ－纤维素层析和羟基磷灰石层析方法，从牛心中提取了ｃＡＭＰ－依赖性蛋白激酶。经ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ电泳鉴定分子量为３８ｋＤａ，并测定了其活性，为ｃＡＭＰ代谢途径的研究打下了基础。
CAMP-dependent protein kinases were extracted from bovine hearts using DEAE-cellulose chromatography and hydroxyapatite chromatography. The molecular weight of 38kDa was determined by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and its activity was determined, laying a foundation for the study of cAMP metabolic pathway.
