ESS系列 ESS MAESTRO-Ⅰ(1948) 此款芯片是ESS最早推出的PCI声卡芯片。MIDI方面由于它采用了全新的DLS技术,提供了一个64复音的波表合成器,使效果比FM合成要动听许多。在三维音效上它采用Spatializar 3D技术,可以提供硬件加速Direct Sound和Di-rect Sound 3D的功能,并且软件支持A3D 1.0标准,但效果不明显。 ESS MAESTRO-Ⅱ(1968) ESS MAESTRO-Ⅱ是ESS公司的第二代PCI声卡芯片。此款芯片采用了先进的32位线程处理技术,而且还采用了数据缓存技术(WaveCache),充分发挥了PCI总线大容量数据传输的优点。同时还提供了两路立体声音频输出的支持,在三维音效方面还采用了Sensaura技术。 ESS Canyon3D (MAESTRO-2E 1970S)
