膜性白内障多为晶体外伤或白内障囊外摘出术后残留的晶体囊膜和皮质形成。少部分为先天性和并发性膜性白内障。膜性自内障的治疗方法分前路(即角膜缘切口)和后路(睫状体平坦部切口)摘出。我科从1979~1987年,采用前路行膜性白内障剪除术,治疗31例(33眼)疗效较为满意,报道于下。 Most of the membranous cataract is residual crystal capsule and cortex formed after traumatic or cataract extracapsular extraction.
