从媒体服务内容、功能定位和资费模式对亚马逊Kindle fire的运营战略进行分析,运用双边市场理论论证了电信运营商信息内容服务平台与亚马逊等互联网企业的互联网信息服务平台的同质性,在对电信业平台服务运营现状分析的基础上,提出电信运营商平台服务的战略建议,认为电信运营商应该统一平台服务的内容、资源与应用,对平台的服务方式、资费策略等核心运营模式进行管控,以统一媒体服务终端的方式实现用户与服务的绑定,以媒体内容的服务的提供作为利润获取的主要渠道。
Analyzed the operation strategy of Amazon Kindle fire from the media service content, function orientation and tariff model, and proved the homogeneity of the information service platform of telecom operator and the internet service platform of Internet companies such as Amazon by the theory of bilateral market.
