光敏电阻器是电阻值随入射光强弱变化而明显变化的光敏元件,其应用广泛。利用现有实验室器材就可以实现研究光敏电阻的阻值与光强度的“定量”关系实验,得出实验规律。高中物理3-1中有关半导体的部分只涉及这样几句话:半导体材料的电阻值受到光照射时会发生变化,光照越强,电阻值越小。教材并没有详细研究这一规律的演示实验或者学生分组实验。笔者设计的实验解决了以上问题,既可以作为教师的演示实
