Since the reform and opening up, China’s health undertakings have undergone changes that have turned upside down, but under the impact of the competitive wave, the outpatient visits to most primary hospitals in cities have been declining year by year. The establishment and development of grass-roots hospitals based on the community are directly related to the success or failure of the PHC work. It is under such ideological guidance that Chaoyangmen Hospital has been exploring a path for the development of a primary hospital that suits China’s national conditions since 1985. Chaoyangmen Hospital is the only hospital in the community of Chaoyangmen. It has 24 neighborhood committees, 16,900 residents, 18 nurseries and 9 schools.
