这是重庆市庆江机器厂人劳处刘满承同志给本刊寄来的一篇稿件,提出了有关社会保险工作的一些意见和建议,代表了广大企业劳资人员对这项工作的关注和期望。 由于作者一地一厂的局限,文中的材料和观点也许有偏颇之处,但从企业基层劳资人员的角度所反映的一些基本情况,在全国不少地方都存在,确实应当引起各地各级社会保险部门的注意。
This was a manuscript sent by Liu Mancheng, Department of Labor, Chongqing Qingjiang Machinery Factory, to this article for publication. Some opinions and suggestions on social insurance work were put forward, which represented the concern and expectation of the working people in the vast number of enterprises on this work. Due to the limitations of the author’s one factory and one plant, the material and opinions in the article may have biased aspects. However, some basic conditions reflected by the grass-roots labor and management personnel of the enterprise exist in many parts of the country and should indeed arouse the concern of all levels of society Insurance department’s attention.
