在生产过程中,存在一类多变量系统,它有一个可由两个或两个以上的操纵变量控制的被控变量。其中,操纵变量u_1动态特性好、静态性能差,例如原料或能量消耗较多。操纵变量u_2动态特性差但静态性能好。本文给出了一种控制这类系统的方案。通过理论分析及对90组不同对象参数、42组调节器参数组合而成的多变量控制系统及两类单回路控制系统的数字仿真,本文认为,这类多变量控制系统具有稳定性好、响应快、调节品质高,及可降低能耗、节省原料等优点。最后,用实验验证了上述结论。
In the production process, there is a class of multivariable systems that have a controlled variable that can be controlled by two or more manipulated variables.
