目的观察钉螺在巢湖生存繁殖情况,为防治工作提供科学依据。方法捕捉安徽省无为县江滩钉螺,采用现场螺笼放养法,对其在巢湖的生存繁殖情况进行观察,为期14个月,同时设立对照区。结果放养后2、4、6、8和14个月,钉螺在巢湖两个实验区和对照区的存活率分别为50.56%~87.76%、54.35%~92.39%和51.76%~95.51%,差异无统计学意义(χ22个月=3.581,0.769;χ24个月=5.545,5.389;χ26个月=1.646,4.394;χ28个月=2.288,1.445;χ214个月=0.025,0.118;P均>0.05);研究期间,各观察区均有子代钉螺产生,且子一代钉螺生长发育良好,能产生子二代钉螺;螺口数总体呈上升趋势。结论钉螺可在巢湖环境中存活、繁殖。“引江济淮”工程建设期间需采取有效措施,防止钉螺向巢湖扩散。
Objective To observe the survival and reproduction of Oncomelaniae in Chaohu and provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment. Methods The snails were collected from Wujiang County in Anhui Province. Survival and reproduction in Chaohu Lake were observed by on-the-spot spiral cage stocking method for 14 months. At the same time, a control area was set up. Results Survival rates of Oncomelaniae in two experimental and control areas of Chaohu Lake at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 14 months after stocking were 50.56% ~ 87.76%, 54.35% ~ 92.39% and 51.76% ~ 95.51%, respectively Statistical significance (χ22 months = 3.581,0.769; χ24 months = 5.545,5.389; χ26 months = 1.646,4.394; χ28 months = 2.288,1.445; χ214 months = 0.025,0.118; During the study period, there was a generation of snails in each observation area, and the growth of snails in the first generation was well-developed and could give birth to the second generation snail. The number of snails generally showed an upward trend. Conclusion Snails can survive and breed in Chaohu Lake. “Diversion of the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River” During the construction of the project, effective measures should be taken to prevent snail from spreading to Chaohu Lake.
