班主任是中职教育体系非常重要的角色。他是学校、家长和学生三者相互联系的纽带。这条纽带是否发挥作用,严重影响了学校、家长与学生的关系,也影响着班主任自身的发展。近年来,因能力建设不足,中职班主任工作难度加大,班级管理负面情况多发。笔者作为一名中职班主任,对此深有体会。为此,在本文中,笔者将从能力建设视角出发,浅谈降低中职班主任工作难度的具体方案。
Class teacher is a very important role of secondary education system. He is the bond between school, parents and students.
