根据教育部有关文件要求,就“双师型”教师作以下定义:“双师型”教师指高校中具有中级及以上职称同时又满足以下一项条件的专任教师:1.与本专业工作相关的中级及以上技术职称;2.最近五年中有两年或两年以上在企业生产一线从事与本专业相关的工作经历,能够顺利全面地指导学生专业实训实践活动;3.近五年中主持或主要参与两项应用技术研究;参与研究的成果已经被企业或学校使用,达到同行业领先水平。由此看出,双师型教师培养工作不是一项简单的工作,本文将结合自身在高校工作中遇到的实际情况,谈谈自己对职业教育中“双师型”师资队伍建设工作的几点看法。
