The Fifth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of the Party and the Thirteenth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth CPC Central Committee Committee pointed out the direction for the economic and social development of Liuzhou City in the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period. To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and the 13th Plenum of the Ninth District CPC Committee and to formulate the national economic and social development plan in Liuzhou during the “12th Five-Year Plan” period is the most urgent task for Liuzhou.
