灌云县位于江苏省北部地区,是连云港市下辖的3县5区之一,其经济社会发展水平基本上居于全市中游。近年来,随着贯彻落实党的十八大及十八届三中、四中全会精神的顺利开展,灌云县把大力发展文化产业作为全县经济发展的重头戏,通过几年的努力,呈现出良好的发展态势。但由于文化产业是一个比较新生的话题,工作中难免出现目标不明确、思路不清晰,容易脱离实际等问题。现就灌云县实际,对文化产业发展作出如下构想。
Guanyun County is located in the northern part of Jiangsu Province. It is one of 3 counties and 5 districts under the jurisdiction of Lianyungang City. Its economic and social development basically resides in the middle reaches of the city. In recent years, with the smooth implementation of the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and the 3rd, 4th Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, Guanyun County has made vigorous efforts to develop the cultural industry as the highlight of the county’s economic development. Through several years of hard work, A good development trend. However, due to the fact that cultural industry is a relatively new topic, it is inevitable that the work will inevitably have such problems as ambiguous goals, unclear ideas and easy separation from reality. Guanyun County is the actual situation, the development of cultural industries made the following ideas.
