随着我国的教育事业的逐渐发展,民办高校的教育成极速上升趋势。自2003年以来,具备独立颁发学历文凭资格的民办院校增长速度逐步加快,高等教育己经进入了普通化阶段,民办高校面的发展获得了前所未有的机遇。
