铅在人类生活环境中出现的范围越来越广,工业“三废”的污染已引起人们关注。我们就西安地区空气、水、土壤中铅对农作物的影响进行了调查和探讨。土壤和作物样品分别采用王水——高氯酸、硝酸——高氯酸法消化。用 P—E703型(美制)原子吸收分光光度计(带石墨炉)测定。检测限:1μg/e。(一)土壤的含铅量铅化合物聚集在土壤耕层,故取0—20cm的表土进行分析。西安地区土壤自然含铅量为13—14mg/kg。西安地区土壤含铅量井水灌区15—25mg/kg。井、污混合水灌区
Lead in the human life environment appears more and more widely, industrial “three wastes” pollution has drawn people's attention. We investigated the effects of lead in air, water and soil on crops in Xi'an. Soil and crop samples were digested with aqua regia, perchloric acid and nitric acid-perchloric acid respectively. It measured with the P-E703 (American-made) atomic absorption spectrophotometer (Graphite furnace). Detection limit: 1μg / e.
