一流的教育需要一流的教师,新课改的成败,关键在于教师.目前正在实施的新一轮基础教育数学课程改革,一方面为广大数学教师提出了挑战,另一方面也给数学教师的专业化成长提供了机遇和场合.中国的数学教育和数学课程到了非改不可的时候,这次数学新课程改革从理念到整体设计都是不错的.但是从目前的现状来看,教师的素质明显滞后于数学新课程改革的需要.每一位教师都必须参与新课改,这是无法回避的现实.在数学新课程改革的大潮面前,不乏有一些积极进取、锐意改革,把新课程作为自己专业化成长的契合点,努力改变自己以求胜任教
