城西湖排灌站坐落在淮河干流右岸霍邱县城西湖乡新河村境内,位于城西湖东北岸淮河南堤脚,地处临淮岗洪水控制工程上游1050m处。该站1966年6月开工兴建,1969年4月建成运行,一直由城西湖驻军管理,1986年城西湖退垦还湖移交霍邱县水电局管理。 该站是排灌结合站,设计排涝面积172km~2,设计排涝流量88m~3/s,设计灌溉面积14万亩,设计灌溉流量8.4m~3/s,总装机容量8800kW/11台。属安徽省六安地区大中型泵站之一,建筑物包括进水闸1座,民圩排涝涵1座,军圩排涝涵2座,进水池2个(东边7台机组,西边4台机组),出水池2个,穿堤出水涵洞,排灌渠系。泵房等。
Chengxihu Irrigation and Drainage Station is located within the village of Xinhe Village, West Lake, Huoqiu County, on the right bank of Huaihe River. It is located at the foot of Huaihe River in the northeast bank of Chengxi Lake and is located at 1050m upstream of Linhuaigang Flood Control Project.
