泸州市村级小学教育专业数学课的开设理念不仅要遵循传统的师范类数学教育专业的教学特色,更应根据未来的就业岗位、地方教育要求和学生自身的数学素养,培养学生的数学思考和运算能力,教会如何将数学知识学以致用。教师的素质不仅具备教学基本功,还要具有数学专业素养;不仅具备专业知识能力,还要具有教改、科研能力的能力;不仅具备理论知识,还要具有有知识迁移能力,因此,数学课程教学应与当前的村级小学教育相结合,与相关学校的教育需求相结合,不可照搬照用传统的师范类教师教育模式,更不能盲目进行课程内容的设定和教学。
