目的 :探讨组织 DNA倍体分类与 CD+8/ CD+2 8表达细胞之间的关系。方法 :用流式细胞术对 190例恶性肿瘤组织 DNA倍体做了分类 ,并对其 CD+8/ CD+2 8细胞检出率进行了检测。同时分析了不同 DNA倍体组织中 CD+8/ CD+2 8细胞表达率。结果 :恶性肿瘤组织 CD+8/ CD+2 8表达细胞检出率显著低于正常对照组织 (P<0 .0 1)。恶性肿瘤组织 DNA倍体分为二倍体 (D)、近二倍体 (ND)、四倍体(T)、非整倍体 (AN)和多异倍体 (M) ,后 4种 DNA倍体类型统称为 DNA异倍体 (H)。DNA异倍体肿瘤组织的 CD+8/ CD+2 8细胞检出率显著低于二倍体肿瘤 (P<0 .0 1) ;在不同 DNA异倍体组织中 ,从 ND→ T→ AN到 M,其 CD+8/ CD+2 8细胞检出率逐渐减低 ,但各组间差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :恶性肿瘤能抑制肿瘤局部组织的免疫功能 ,不同 DNA倍体类型组织的免疫状态是不同的。由此可见 ,肿瘤局部组织 CD+8/ CD+2 8细胞表达水平与其 DNA倍体类型的关系是十分密切的
Objective: To explore the relationship between DNA ploidy classification and CD + 8 / CD + 2 8-expressing cells. Methods: The DNA ploidy of 190 cases of malignant tumor was classified by flow cytometry and the detection rate of CD + 8 / CD + 28 cells was detected. The expression of CD + 8 / CD + 2 8 in different DNA ploidy tissues was also analyzed. Results: The positive rate of CD + 8 / CD + 28 expression in malignant tumor was significantly lower than that in normal control (P <0.01). DNA ploidy of malignant tumor tissue was divided into diploid (D), near diploid (ND), tetraploid (T), aneuploid (AN) and polyploidy (M) Ploidy types are collectively referred to as DNA aneuploidy (H). The detection rate of CD + 8 / CD + 2 8 cells in aneuploid tumor tissues was significantly lower than that of diploid tumors (P <0.01). In different DNA aneuploid tissues, the detection rate of ND + T → AN At M, the detection rate of CD + 8 / CD + 28 cells gradually decreased, but there was no significant difference among the groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Malignant tumors can inhibit the immune function of local tumor tissues, and the immunological status of different DNA ploidy tissues is different. Thus, the relationship between the expression level of CD + 8 / CD + 2 8 cells and the type of DNA ploidy in tumor local tissues is very close
