合成一种新的三氮烯类显色试剂 6’ 硝基苯并噻唑重氮氨基 4 硝基苯 ,并研究在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在的情况下与Cd(Ⅱ )的显色反应 .Cd(Ⅱ )与试剂在 pH值为 9.2 0的缓冲溶液中形成稳定的 1∶2酒红色络合物 ,用双峰双波长法测定其表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=1 .2 1×1 0 5 L·mol-1·cm-1,Cd(Ⅱ )浓度在 0~ 0 48mg·L-1范围内符合比尔定律 .
Synthesis of a novel triazene chromogenic reagent 6 ’nitrobenzothiazole diazoamino 4-nitrobenzene and its color reaction with Cd (Ⅱ) in the presence of a cationic surfactant CTMAB were studied.Cd (Ⅱ) and the reagent in a pH 9.2 buffer solution to form a stable 1: 2 wine red complex, its apparent molar absorptivity was measured by bimodal two-wavelength method ε = 1.21 × 10 Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 0 48 mg · L-1 with 5 L · mol-1 · cm-1 Cd (Ⅱ).
