研制了工作在800~2000℃温度范围内的光电高温自动检定系统,用于标准温度灯与标准高温计的检定,该系统使用了具有高稳定度和高分辨率的程控稳流源。在检定过程中,全部操作由微型计算机控制,实现了检定工作的自动化。多次测量表明,本系统具有良好的复现性。在1400℃和2000℃下分别为±0.27℃和±0.36℃。
Developed a photoelectric high-temperature automatic verification system working in the temperature range of 800 ~ 2000 ℃ for the verification of the standard temperature lamp and the standard pyrometer. The system uses a programmable steady flow source with high stability and high resolution. In the verification process, all operations controlled by a microcomputer, to achieve the automation of verification. Multiple measurements show that the system has good reproducibility. Respectively ± 0.27 ° C and ± 0.36 ° C at 1400 ° C and 2000 ° C.
