随着医学科学的发展,动脉内药物灌注、栓塞治疗各种肿瘤取得了可喜的疗效,但这方面的工作在中医医院开展、报道尚少。现收集我院1993年7月至1995年7月间诊断明确的各种类20例中晚期恶性肿瘤资料,对其中中西医结合治疗的近期疗效进行分析、讨论。1 材料与方法 本组男13例,女7例。年龄25～75岁,平均43岁。肝癌13例,其中原发癌7例,转移癌6例;胰头癌2例;肺癌1例;盆腔癌4例。肝癌诊断符合全国肝癌防治研究协会制定的诊断标准,其余病例均有手术或病理结果。
With the development of medical science, intra-arterial drug infusion and embolization have achieved encouraging results in all kinds of tumors. However, the work in this field is still underway in hospitals of Chinese medicine, with few reports. Now collected in our hospital from July 1993 to July 1995 between the diagnosis of various types of 20 cases of advanced malignant tumor data on the treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the short term efficacy of the analysis and discussion. 1 Materials and Methods The group of 13 males and 7 females. Age 25 ~ 75 years old, average 43 years old. Liver cancer in 13 cases, including 7 cases of primary cancer, metastatic carcinoma in 6 cases; pancreatic cancer in 2 cases; 1 case of lung cancer; 4 cases of pelvic cancer. Diagnosis of liver cancer in line with the National Association for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer diagnostic criteria established by the rest of the cases have surgery or pathological results.
