世界在变,新的力量、新的主流在出现。新兴市场未来10年、甚至20年要引领世界经济发展,这是改变不了的事实。最近这十年,是世界经济高速发展中的十年,也是中国入市后经济增长最快的十年。但现在我们又在尝一个苦果——繁荣后的痛苦,因为现在我们面临着西方危机。我没有说西方金融危机,而是说西方危机。因为我们面临的不单单是金融经济危机,而是一个真正的西方危机。所以,我今天要讲的是世界经济在西方危机的刀尖上爬行,依然在发展,但非常艰难。
The world is changing, new forces and new mainstreams are emerging. Emerging markets will lead to world economic development in the next 10 years or even 20 years. This is a fact that can not be changed. The past ten years are the ten years in the rapid development of the world economy and the decade with the fastest economic growth since China entered the market. But now we are again tasted a bitter fruit - suffering after prosperity, because now we are facing a crisis in the West. I did not say that the Western financial crisis, but that the Western crisis. Because we face not only the financial and economic crisis, but a real crisis in the West. Therefore, what I am trying to tell today is that the world economy is crawling on the tip of the crisis in the west and is still developing but very difficult.
