-1型型架装配机是型架制造中的重要设备之一,机床的纵、横、垂直三个坐标是由互相垂直的一组标尺,通过变距板转接定位的。由于尺寸传递和转换环节较多,因而误差较大。其纵向工作台行程长达10450毫米,分三段连接,由于长期使用和工作台面连接螺栓松动等原因,所以精度不易保证,插孔定位只能作为参考,还得用长杆千分尺复测,既浪费时间,又麻烦,不能满足生产发展需要。
