Microsoft is an equal-value company, reflected in the size and style of all employees (including Bill Gates). Ordinary employees can also sit in a room with a view out of the window if they come to the company first, and VIP-level people later have to sit in a room without windows. The same principle applies to the offices in China (Beijing Headquarters and Shanghai Park) - natural light is abundant in the building, and all open office areas are gathered in front of the windows to ensure that employees have good lighting and visibility. Good location by the window and vision are left front-line staff. Management will be in the middle, even in independent offices, with no windows. This equality is also reflected in business trips by plane, employees in first class, and owners in economy class because employees go to the company earlier First class is also normal.
