目的 评价4个项目地区村级接种单位免疫服务现况和儿童预防接种信息报告质量.方法 选择4个省 (自治区) 6个县18个乡镇, 对乡、村级预防接种客户端 (Immunization unit client, IUC) 操作人员和村级预防接种人员开展问卷调查, 并收集村级接种单位信息和2014-2016年出生儿童预防接种信息, 进行描述性分析.结果 在171个被调查村级接种单位中, 定点接种、定点+入户接种的单位分别占70.18%、29.82%;数据报告方式为乡级安装IUC乡级录入、乡级安装IUC村级录入、村级安装IUC村级录入的单位分别占28.65%、32.75%、38.60%.儿童接种信息录入及时率、报告完整率分别为60.91% (29 464/48 372) 、63.65% (30 791/48 372);儿童接种信息完全匹配率、接种剂次完全匹配率分别为41.48% (112/270) 、89.59% (3 872/4322) .乡、村级单位中IUC操作技能较好人员分别占57.14% (8/14) 、24.07% (26/108) .78.49%的村级预防接种人员使用智能手机, 77.42%会使用微信等应用软件;无线网络已覆盖41.52%的村级单位.结论项目地区村级儿童预防接种信息报告质量偏低, 具备预防接种信息手机报告条件.“,”Objective To evaluate immunization services and childhood immunization information reporting at the village level in 4 project regions. Methods We selected a sample of 18 townships f rom 6 counties of 4 provinces to conduct a questionnaire-based survey among township-and village-level staff managing immunization unit clients (IUCs) and among village-level immunization providers; we collected information about village immunization units and vaccination data on children born in 2014-2016 for descriptive analyses. Results In 171 village-level immunization units surveyed, 70.18% and 29.82% used fixed site and fixed site plus home services, respectively; 28.65%, 32.75%, and 38.60% reported data by township using township-level-installed IUCs, by village using township-level-installed IUCs, and by village using village-level-installed IUCs, respectively. Timeliness and completeness rates of childhood vaccination data entry were 60.91% (29 464/48 372) and 63.65% (30 791/48 372), respectively, with a case-match rate of 41.48% (112/270) and a dose-match rate of 89.59% (3 872/4 322); 57.14% (8/14) of township-level staff and 24.07% (26/108) of village-level staffs used IUCs smoothly; 78.49% of village-level immunization providers used mobile phones, and 77.42% used APPs such as WeChat; 41.52% of village immunization units were covered by wireless Internet.Conclusions Childhood vaccination data showed a low reporting quality at the village level, and could be reported through mobile phones.
