本研究旨在了解入伍新兵人群肺炎衣原体(CP)IgG抗体的流行分布情况,为今后预防CP感染提供科学依据。采用血清流行病学调查方法,利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)技术,对北京军区空军近8年来自16个省市的364名入伍新兵血清进行了CP IgG抗体检测并进行统计分析。结果显示,来自16个省市8年间入伍的364名新兵,发现历年间抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);沿海(21.43%)与内陆(5.49%)地区间阳性检出比较,差异有统计学意义,阳性率0~47.83%,平均为13.46%。健康青年人群CP抗体水平存在显著地区差异并有散发和流行交替出现的周期性现象。
The purpose of this study is to understand the epidemiological distribution of anti-Chlamydia pneumoniae (CP) IgG antibodies in recruits and to provide a scientific basis for future prevention of CP infection. Serum samples were collected from 364 newly recruited sera from 16 provinces and municipalities in the past 8 years in the Beijing Military Region through ELISA using the method of serum epidemiology. The CP IgG antibodies were detected and statistically analyzed. The results showed that among the 364 recruits enlisted from 16 provinces and municipalities in 8 years, there were significant differences in the positive rate of antibody between the years (P <0.05), positive (21.43%) and inland (5.49%) between the coastal areas The difference was statistically significant, the positive rate of 0 ~ 47.83%, with an average of 13.46%. There is a significant regional difference in the level of CP antibodies in healthy young people and there is a periodic phenomenon of alternating epidemics and epidemics.
