毕业于中国美术学院的李波,原攻读工艺美术,自1973年致力于中国画的研习。今已过知天命之年仍乐此不疲。处在转型期的中国水墨画,从图式换型、艺术语言转换到价值标准的更新,正历史地提到每一个画家面前。从这个视角去穿越历史,透视李波的艺术实践,更有重要意义。回顾近千年的中国水墨画,尤其在宋元两代,是辉煌灿烂的黄金时代。北宋期间,笔迹墨染,取代了工艺重彩,完成了水墨画形式系统的建构。至南宋,尤其是在元代,进而完成了从为客体对象传神走向为主体内在精神表现的转型。此后写意水墨画(加上书法、文学的参与)成为中国绘画发展的主流。延续将近800年的这种文化现象,是由多种历史情境造成的。从广义的文化背景上说,画家不可能不受农耕文明的制约和地理环境的影响。从狭义上说,一些知识分子屡仕不第,报国无门;或屡遭贬斥,徜徉于山水林石间,与深山野水为友。由于这些高水平知识分子的参与,他们在绘画、书法、诗文、品评等方面的综合
Li Bo graduated from the China Academy of Art, originally studying arts and crafts, since 1973 is committed to the study of Chinese painting. It has been known that the year of fate is still bored.
