我们用抗急性淋巴细胞型白血病免疫核糖核酸(IRNA),治疗急性淋巴细胞型白血病7例,现报告并分析如下。对象与方法临床资料:7例患者中男5例、女2例。年龄:17岁到43岁,平均27岁。病程:分别为6个月、8个月、1年4个月、2年、3年10个月、4年、4年6个月。IRNA 治疗过程中用化疗进行定期巩固和维持治疗5例,进行诱导缓解治疗2例。治疗方法:用急性淋巴细胞白血病骨髓细胞免疫动物,取其致敏的淋巴组织、脾提取免疫核糖核酸。用量:1mg 每周二次,腋窝、腹股沟皮内多点注射,8周以后改为1mg 两周一次,4例用6个月,1
We used anti-acute lymphoblastic leukemia immunological ribonucleic acid (IRNA), the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in 7 cases, are reported and analyzed as follows. Subjects and methods Clinical data: 5 males and 2 females in 7 patients. Age: 17 years old to 43 years old, average 27 years old.
