吞咽引起心律失常报告不多,发生房颤者尤为少见。现报道一例如下。临床和心电图资料患者女性,45岁,因头昏,胸闷三年,间歇性出现吞咽时阵发性心悸一年,于1983年5月13日入院。患者头昏、胸闷及气短多于夜间发生,伴四肢发抖,坐起深呼气后减轻,且有心前区疼痛,每次持续数秒钟。近一年来间歇性出现阵发性心悸,每次发作均与进食或饮水吞咽有关,并伴有头昏,有时黑朦,历时数秒至10余秒自行缓解,当再进食或饮水时又复出现,以至惧怕进食。尤以劳累精神紧张、激动时易发。入院前四天因发作频繁,并昏倒一次而入院。体检:BP120/80,呼吸平稳,无发绀,无颈静脉怒张,甲状腺不肿大,心界不大,心率80
