伴随高校体育课程改革的发展,健美操成为高校体育课程的重要内容之一。健美操作为一项优美、协调的体育运动,同时具有强烈的音乐节奏感,是缓解大学生精神压力的重要体育课程,能够增强大学生的体质、促进其心理健康的发展。文章具体展开分析健美操对大学生体质和心理健康的影响,旨在促进大学生的全面。
Accompanied by the development of PE curriculum reform in colleges and universities, aerobics has become one of the most important parts of PE curriculums in colleges and universities.
