第二职业是一个热门话题,人们有褒有贬。有的主张放开第二职业,有的呼吁:救救第一职业.各地政策也不尽一致.报载:对第二职业“是鼓励支持还是限制反对,从国家角度讲,还没有一个统一的认识,这个问题现在还没有定”.笔者认为,第二职业是一种复杂的社会现象,不宜一刀切地鼓励支持或限制反对,应该从深化改革开放,建设具有中国特色社会主义出发,透过现象,研究事物的本质,确定宏观调控第二职业的思路,为此,本文拟对第二职业有关问题作一些探索. (一)第二职业的客观基础 第二职业现象在资本主义社会早已存在,但它不是资本主义社会特有的社会现象,而是市场经济的产物.在社会主义市场经济条件下,
