目的 :观察 39例 PHC病人经化疗栓塞后联合应用经冷冻肝癌瘤苗刺激的肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞 (s-TIL )前后外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。方法 :于化疗栓塞及应用 s- TIL前、治疗后 7d、14d、2 1d分别查 T淋巴细胞亚群 ,并与对照组比较。结果 :肝癌病人经化疗栓塞后 CD+ 3、CD+ 4 、CD+ 8、CD+ 4 / CD+ 8比值约在 14d左右即上升 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :TACE后联合应用 s- TIL细胞具有提高机体细胞免疫功能的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in 39 patients with PHC treated with chemotherapy-induced embolization before and after tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (s-TIL) stimulated by hepatocellular carcinoma vaccine. Methods: T lymphocyte subsets were examined before chemoembolization and before application of s-TIL, at 7d, 14d and 21d after treatment, and compared with the control group. Results: The ratio of CD + 3, CD + 4, CD + 8 and CD + 4 / CD + 8 in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after chemoembolization increased about 14 days, which was significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combined use of s-TIL cells after TACE has the effect of improving cellular immune function.
