我厂生产汽车轴瓦用的20高锡铝基钢带为外购件,故钢带进厂需检验钢背和合金层的硬度。钢层厚约1.9~2.7mm;合金层厚约1mm。沪Q/YB729-84标准要求,合金层:HB·2.5/15.6/60=22~32;钢背:HB·2.5/62.5/10=170~240。我厂无小负荷硬度计(特别是15.6公斤)。我们试图在现有的HR150型洛氏硬度计上测定之途径,按照布氏硬度法测定原理,经试验,与计量部门用的HP250型硬度计测定值比较,二者的硬度值接近。测定依据与测定对比如下: 1 测定依据 (1)HR 150型硬度计与布氏硬度计均属杠杆静力试验。本试验是将布氏硬度计用的钢球压头,配装
