我厂有两台50年代建厂初期从苏联引进的MT-25型25 kVA的交流点焊机,其电气原理如图(左边部分)所示。由图可知它是由三部分组成的,(1)是变压器。(2)是调节电流级数的接点,有Ⅰ、Ⅱ和1、2、3、4接点,可调节1~8级。次级电压为1.9~3.62V。(3)是接触片,利用接触片的接触和断开,可使焊接电流一通一断,完成焊接工作。但是不能调节焊接时间,焊接时间的长短完全凭点焊工人向下踏脚的速度大小来决定。这样在焊接同样厚度的金属板时,虽然采用
