“别列斯特罗依卡”(改革——译者注)这一意义广泛的新词进入我们的日常词汇已经有了三年,它是指我们生活各个方面首先是经济根本改革的方针。不言而喻,我们懂得,要想一下子解决所有存在的问题是不可能的,只靠法令也无法加速社会经济发展,推动科学技术进步。总之,摆在我们面前的是一条漫长而又艰难的路程,目前我们还处在它的起始阶段。所以,我们想认真地想一下,大家是否都考虑了这一问题,是否没有迷失我们选定的方向。
It has been three years since the very new term of “Berezoregna” has come into our daily vocabulary, referring to the fundamental economic reform in all aspects of our life policy. It goes without saying that we understand that it is impossible to solve all existing problems at once and that laws and ordinances alone can not accelerate social and economic development and promote the advancement of science and technology. In short, it is a long and difficult journey ahead of us and we are still at the beginning of it. Therefore, we would like to seriously think whether all of us have considered this issue and have not lost our way of choosing.
