随着计算机网络的发展,计算机信息技术无处不在,已经渗透到社会经济、文化、生活等各领域和各个方面。如何保障信息系统的信息安全,已经不只关系社会各个群体的切身利益,并且已经关乎到了国家安全。因此如何有效解决各系统的信息安全,为各应用系统提供一套通用性强、实施成本低的、合法的、安全的第三方数字认证平台成为当前大家都在思考、探索的重要课题。本文根据多年从事电子认证的实际工作经验,结合当前成熟的计算机技术,从如何构建一个通用性强、不需要对应用系统进行代码改造就可以对应用系统实施安全保护的电子认证服务公共平台,及该平台的技术可行性进行论述。
With the development of computer networks, computer information technology is ubiquitous and has infiltrated various fields and aspects such as social economy, culture and life. How to protect the information security of the information system has not only concerned the vital interests of all social groups, but also has been related to the national security. Therefore, how to effectively solve the information security of each system and provide each application system with a set of universal, low-cost, legal and secure third-party digital authentication platform has become an important issue that everyone is thinking and exploring nowadays. Based on the practical working experience of many years engaged in e-Cert, combined with the current mature computer technology, this essay starts from how to build a common platform of e-Cert service that can be applied to the security of the application system without the need to code the application system, The platform’s technical feasibility is discussed.
