制备了氯化1-氨基聚醚-3-甲基咪唑离子液体[H_2N-PECH-MIM]Cl,并将其与氯化锆(ZrCl_4)反应制备负载锆聚醚离子液体催化剂(Zr-[H_2N-PECH-MIM]Cl)。利用红外光谱仪对其化学结构进行表征,利用热重分析仪和电镜扫描仪对其热性能和表观形貌进行测试。利用制备的催化剂催化环氧丙烷与二氧化碳合成碳酸丙烯酯,研究其循环使用次数对转化率和选择性的影响。结果表明,负载锆聚醚离子液体催化剂成功地实现了相态转变,催化过程中活性高,选择性好,易回收,可多次循环使用。当催化温度为80℃,压力为1.5 MPa,质量分数为2.5%时,转化率为98.3%,选择性为91.2%,循环使用5次其催化效果仍然较好。
(H_2N-PECH-MIM) Cl was prepared and reacted with zirconium chloride (ZrCl_4) to prepare Zr (II) -PECH-MIM] Cl). Its chemical structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, and its thermal properties and apparent morphology were tested by thermogravimetric analyzer and electron microscope scanner. The prepared catalyst was used to catalyze the synthesis of propylene carbonate from propylene oxide and carbon dioxide to study the effect of the number of recycle on the conversion and selectivity. The results show that the supported zirconium polyether ionic liquid catalyst successfully achieved the phase transition, the catalytic activity of the high activity, good selectivity, easy to recycle, can be used repeatedly. When the catalyst temperature is 80 ℃, the pressure is 1.5 MPa and the mass fraction is 2.5%, the conversion is 98.3%, the selectivity is 91.2% and the cycle time is 5 times, the catalytic effect is still good.
