近年来 ,陆良县种子公司曲晨 3号玉米制种田连年发生病害 ,每亩平均损失 6 0元 ,采用多种方法防治均不见效 ,故委托云南农业大学植物病理重点实验室帮助解决。经分离鉴定为玉米小斑病菌Blpolarismaydis(NislkodoetMiyake)ShoemW及圆斑病菌B .carbonumUllstr .混合引发的病害。以测定菌丝生长速率的方法 ,对 5种常用的药剂 :5 0 %粉锈清悬剂、30 %克瘟散乳油、2 5 %百里通可湿性粉剂、5 0 %扑海因悬浮剂、75 %好速净可湿性粉剂进行抑效果测定 ,结果显示 :扑海因和好速净较为理想 ,在其推荐使用浓度范围内 ,抑制率达 10 0 %。经田间试验 ,对玉米小斑病、圆斑病有良好的抑制效果 ,遂将其作为首选农药使用 ,对该病害防治效果明显。

To determine the mycelium growth rate of the five commonly used agents: 50% powder rust suspension, 30% grams of plague cream, 25% Britton WP, 50% , 75% good speed net WP to determine the inhibitory effect, the results showed that: fluhexin and good fast net is ideal, in the recommended concentration range, the inhibition rate of 10%. After the field test, it has a good inhibitory effect on spotty leaf spot and spot blotch of corn, and then it is used as the preferred pesticide and the effect of prevention and treatment of this disease is obvious.
