研究了新试剂二碘苯基荧光酮 (DIPF)与铜的显色反应 ,在pH =5 4盐酸—六次甲基四铵缓冲介质中 ,溴化十六烷基吡啶 (CPB)存在下 ,DIPF与铜反应生成 3∶1红色络合物 ,λmax =5 6 0nm ,ε =8.0 4× 10 4 L·mol-1·cm-1.铜含量在 0~ 15 μg/ 2 5mL内符合比尔定律 ,方法用于食品和水样中微量铜的测定 ,结果令人满意 .
The color reaction of the new reagent DIPF with copper was studied. In the presence of cetyl pyridinium bromide (CPB) in pH = 5 4 HCl-hexamethonium buffer solution, DIPF reacts with copper to form a 3: 1 red complex with λmax = 560 nm and ε = 8.0 4 × 10 4 L · mol-1 · cm-1. Beer’s law is obeyed at 0-15 μg / , The method is used for the determination of trace copper in food and water samples with satisfactory results.
