氯化镧对脑缺血后神经细胞凋亡的保护作用

脑缺血再灌注引起的细胞死亡有坏死和凋亡两种形式,在短暂脑缺血再灌注损伤的缺血半暗带区,细胞主要以凋亡的形式死亡。为探索有效的神经细胞保护剂,本实验观察了稀土化合物氯化镧(LaCl_3)对脑缺血后神经细胞凋亡的影响。

Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion-induced cell death has two forms of necrosis and apoptosis. In the ischemic penumbra zone of transient ischemic reperfusion injury, the cells mainly die in the form of apoptosis. In order to explore the effective neuroprotective agent, we observed the effects of lanthanum chloride (LaCl 3) on neuronal apoptosis after cerebral ischemia.
