反义寡核苷酸(ASODN)是近十年来迅速发展起来的一种新的生物技术。它为乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)治疗提供了一种新的基因治疗途径。本文就ASODN抗HBV的研究进展:ASODN抗HBV的反义与非反义作用机制研究;ASODN的化学修饰;针对HBV各基因区关键位点的ASODN抗HBV效果评价以及利用联合或串联ASODN和靶向技术抗HBV作用的研究分三部分进行综述。
