“民生”问题是“两会”最大最热最新的议题,而与之联系最为紧密的就是工业与新经济、工业与人、工业与自然的多重和谐关系。一起“环保”风暴掀起人们对工业发展动向的讨论热潮,而“两会”的召开则把“绿色利润率”的概念推向风头浪尖,追求工业的新型发展模式,追求“绿色利润率”也适时地成为了新经济的大势所趋,成为人们所关注的核心问题。
The issue of “livelihood” is the biggest hottest topic in the “two sessions.” The most closely linked issue is the multiple and harmonious relations between industry and the new economy, industry and people, industry and nature. The storm of environmental protection set off a heated discussion about the trend of industrial development.
