通过介绍河北民族师范学院工会创新发展的经验,阐述工会发挥的作用,进而寻找影响基层工会活力的瓶颈问题,提出加强和改进工会建设,增强工会吸引力和凝聚力的对策建议。
By introducing the experience of innovation and development of trade unions in Hebei Normal University for Nationalities, the role of trade unions in explaining the bottlenecks that affect the vitality of grassroots trade unions is put forward. Countermeasures are put forward to strengthen and improve trade unions’ construction and enhance the attraction and cohesion of trade unions.
