北大光华管理学院院长、著名经济学家厉以宁教授最近在科教兴国国际研讨会上发言时提出,惟有吸引民间资本的加入,才能使中国经济走出当前困境。 厉以宁说,当前失业人口增加、出口下降、财政赤字加大、产品严重过剩等问题严重困扰经济发展,如何摆脱当前困境现在主要有三种观点:
Speaking at the International Seminar on Rejuvenating China through Science and Technology recently, Professor Li Yining, dean and renowned economist at Peking University Guanghua School of Management, proposed that only by attracting private capital can China’s economy out of its current predicament. Li Yining said: At present, there are mainly three kinds of views on how to get out of the current dilemma: the current jobless population, the declining exports, the fiscal deficit, the serious overproduction of products and other issues seriously disturb economic development.
