本文报导了珊瑚姜总挥发油试管内抑制14种致病性菌和用纸片法抑制8种细菌的实验报告。珊瑚姜挥发油具有强烈的抗真菌作用。最低抑菌浓度:对10种皮肤癣菌为1～0.3μl/ml;对白色念珠菌、新生隐球菌、裴氏着色真菌、申克氏孢子丝菌为5～2μl/ml。对上述真菌的最低杀菌浓度为10～1μl/ml。100%总择发油对8种均有一定程度的抑制。
This paper reports the experimental report of inhibition of 14 kinds of pathogenic bacteria in Coral Ginger Total Volatile Oil and inhibition of 8 kinds of bacteria by paper method. Coral ginger essential oil has a strong antifungal effect. Minimum inhibitory concentration: 1 to 0.3 μl/ml for 10 types of dermatophytes; 5 to 2 μl/ml for Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans, Fungus coloring fungi, and Schenkia sp. The minimum bactericidal concentration for the above fungi is 10 to 1 μl/ml. 100% total hair oil has a certain degree of inhibition on all 8 types.
