KAI1/CD82是近年来发现的特异性肿瘤抑制基因,大量研究证实它可抑制多种不同组织来源的肿瘤细胞转移。KAI1/CD82的表达受多种基因、转录因子和修饰的调控,KAI1/CD82在正常组织广泛表达,在肿瘤组织表达下降。现就KAI1/CD82在转录和翻译后水平的调控机制做一综述。
KAI1 / CD82 is a specific tumor suppressor gene discovered in recent years. Numerous studies have shown that it inhibits tumor cell metastasis from many different tissues. KAI1 / CD82 expression is regulated by a variety of genes, transcription factors and modifications. KAI1 / CD82 is widely expressed in normal tissues and decreased in tumor tissues. The mechanism of KAI1 / CD82 in transcription and posttranslational level is reviewed.
