邮电部遵照《中共中央关于经济体制改革的决定》,作出在邮电通信企业全面推行经济核算制的决定。在《邮电通信企业经济核算制办法》中,又明确宣布邮电通信企业经济核算制,以价值规律的理论和物质利益原则为指导。由此,我们进一步体会到:邮电也是“在公有制基础上有计划的商品经济”,它虽然不生产实物产品,但它所提供的服务也是商品,也具有价值和使用价值,也受价值规律的支配。
